Amanda specializes in treating children, adolescents, and young adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, skin picking and hair pulling. Amanda understands the importance of looking at all areas of a person's life due to knowing symptoms can impact a person in many ways and this can assist in proactively treating depressive symptoms that often co occur with anxiety. Amanda includes parents, partners, school personnel and others as needed to provide the best support and long-term outcomes for her patients.
Amanda has worked at various levels of care including residential, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient therapy. Through this experience Amanda feels strongly about the use of evidenced based treatment for her patients to provide the best possible outcomes. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, she utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Restructuring, Habit Reversal Training, and Behavioral Activation to support patients and families in accomplishing their goals. Amanda also incorporates play therapy techniques when developmentally appropriate. Amanda works with patients to be an active participant in their treatment to assist them in becoming insightful into their own patterns so they can learn to confidently manage their symptoms.

Alyssa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her masters degree from Mount Mary University and is a nationally certified counselor. She has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, and adults in various levels of care. Alyssa uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques such as Exposure with Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, Behavioral Activation, and Prolonged Exposure to treat a variety of concerns including OCD, anxiety disorders, hair pulling, skin picking, tic disorders, depressive symptoms, and PTSD.
Alyssa believes it is important to work collaboratively with clients to create individualized, strength-based goals. With these goals in mind, Alyssa works with each client to explore the relationship between their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions as well as gain new skills in order to help clients bring about their desired, long-term changes. Since change is often difficult and it helps to have support, Alyssa includes clients’ family members, partners, school personnel, and others when appropriate.

Nina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, hair pulling, skin picking, and depressive symptoms. Nina also works with those struggling to manage life transitions. She has experience working in various levels of care, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Nina utilizes the evidence-based intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which includes Exposure and Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, and Behavioral Activation, while also incorporating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Nina firmly believes in the importance of taking time to get to know her clients personally as a trusted and collaborative therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for achieving long-term success. She engages clients’ family members, partners, school personnel, and others, as appropriate, in order to create a supportive environment conducive for change. Nina assists clients in examining how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected so they can bring about positive change in their lives. Through this process, Nina helps clients feel empowered to regain control and thereby bring enjoyment back into their lives.

Erin (she/her) received her graduate degree in Professional Counseling from Mount Mary University and will hold an LPC-IT license. Erin has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various levels of care. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and triage. Her areas of specialty include OCD, anxiety disorders, body-focused repetitive behaviors, body image, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, and the parent-child relationship.
Erin is passionate about working with individuals with acute and chronic illnesses and injuries and has received additional training to serve those navigating physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. Erin’s pursuit of a Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) degree bolsters her holistic, yet individualized approach to therapy and her acknowledgement of the biopsychosocial model of disability.
Erin enjoys working with family systems, significant others, school staff, and members of care teams to provide the best support systems for her clients. She takes pride in providing individualized care to her clients and ensuring that therapeutic work is attuned to specific needs and long-term goals. Erin values intentionally taking time to develop a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients and believes that this is the foundation of long-term success.
